Indian Health Council, Inc. is a highly recommended facility. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. The facility is very nice, clean, and organized. Patients appreciate seeing the same doctors for many years, without any language barrier or mispronunciation of names. The behavioral health provider is described as a wise man ready to help, and Dr. Cindy is a caring doctor. The pharmacy staff is fantastic, polite, and friendly, answering all questions. Patients are seen quickly, sometimes 30 minutes before a scheduled time. The facility provides a welcoming atmosphere where people are appreciated.
I highly recommend IHC at Rincon. All of the staff is kind and friendly. They help you. Paul G. In behavioral health is the best provider I've ever had. He is a very wise man who is ready to help others who are willing to show up. I also recommend Dr. Cindy. She is a caring doctor who helped refer me to Paul and was there for me when I needed it most.
Been coming here for 20 years. I've had the use of Kaiser AND Palomar hospitals/facilities in the past where I'd never have the same Physician, they'd mispronounce my name. And there was generally a LANGUAGE barrier... I come to Rincon where they do NOT try to make my name HISPANIC. And, I've seen the SAME Doctor(s) for this entire time. It is like that old show Cheers when Norm would walk in and be welcomed by everyone by NAME! I am SO appreciative to have this IHS facility.
Very nice, clean, and organized facility. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Son had an appointment there today. They got us in 30 mins before his scheduled time. All in all it was a good first time visit. 😊
