Called Ralph for a chimney services said would probably take a week. next day called and had a cancellation, and could come that day. Was great him and his staff were very professional. Great services came in knocked it out and had some good conversation in the process. I would recommend then to everyone in the Vallejo area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have rentals in Vallejo and he gets there, gets the job done, lets me know what the problem was and if I can make a change to avoid another call ( like install a toilet with good flow), explains his price, and is fair. And no big adder for overtime. I can't ask for more than that! I've used him for small jobs like clearing a toilet, to cleaning out the main for a 4 plex and he does it all.

The Rooterman is the most disingenuous plumber I've ever met. His prices are ridiculously high and his services adequate. I own a couple rentals so I've gained experience over the years. The Rooterman is priced above Roto-Rooter and they are not cheap but extremely professional. I used him a few years ago and found his tactics dubious. Only revealing his real cost when he's on-site. After I researched the work a bit more I quickly realized I'd been duped. I'm posting now because he recently took advantage of a friend, a working single mom.
