JD is an experienced & knowledgeable pro. I am a sole proprietor business owner and have been in the gig economy long before the phrase was coined, and have had JD take care of all my insurance needs for over a decade. He always takes the extra time -- and it always does take the extra time, since my policy requirements are quite unusual -- to find the right coverages at the right price points! His droll sense of humor may not be for everyone, however I always leave the office with a handshake and a chuckle... 5 stars for sure!
