Michelle went over and above what was needed for our fingerprinting experience. Not only did she drive from a neighboring county to perform fingerprint services at the last minute, but when our receiving agency said that they did not receive 1 of the 4 reports issued on the same day, she made phone calls and figured out how to obtain a 2nd report without having to perform another scan. She was responsive to all communications, and I just can say enough about how pleased we were with her services.
So happy to have found Michelle through a Yelp search. I actually had several companies that gave me a quote, but Michelle was the one that caught my attention more. She was courteous and very organized when it comes to scheduling. She's very thorough with her work and explains everything in detail. She came in fully prepared wearing a mask and carried her sanitizers etc. She brought with her a complete hard case of Live Scan equipment. It was quite impressive. I was able to process my needed Live Scan Fingerprint smoothly. I will definitely schedule with her again since I would need to do another set of fingerprints and oath for my Notary commission.
