I wish I could give more stars...... I am not sure if one has to be a Kaiser member to use this center or not, but after hearing horrid things about this place I decided to check it out for my self since my policy offered financial insentive if I use this facility. I wanted to see for myself before I went ahead and forgo the $$ and take a pass on the financial insentive.... The reviews I have heard were SO WRONG!! I have had nothing but exceptional service. The entire staff is very friendly and I truly get a feeling that they actually care about me! I feel the financial insentive was just an added bonus to the great service and care I recieved and continue to receive at this facility. I even got my friend to transfer to the Hearing aid center and she has been happy there as well. ...
