Scheduled a termite inspection for a disabled veteran that was refinancing. They came out and said there was $15k in damages that needed to be repaired to get a clean report. Would’ve had to wait several weeks and get a building permit. Got terminix and a contractor to come out to do a second opinion and they only found a little bit of dry rot that they were able to fix the next day for $1200. Definitely feels like they were trying to take advantage of an elderly disabled veteran. Would definitely not recommend this company for real estate transactions.

I have used them for years as a buyer. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Though what I am most impressed with is how thorough they are. I have rarely used them for doing the work, because I have people for that, but the inspections are great.

We were pleased with the job they did on our house.We needed wood panels to be replaced on our chimney and had trouble finding a company willing to do the work as the chimney is very tall.They were prompt and left the job site neat.When they found more wood rot they quickly got us a new quote for the additional work and was able to finish the job.I would recommend them.
