However, some have noted that the music can be a bit loud, and the owner tends to be more focused on the work rather than engaging in friendly conversation. The salon is currently undergoing a remodel, and customers hope a public bathroom will be available soon.

While the service quality is generally excellent, some customers have had issues with the business etiquette. In one case, a customer had an unforeseen circumstance that required rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, but the owner refused to apply the prepaid deposit towards the rescheduled appointment, citing the salon's policy. As a retired clinical skincare specialist, the customer felt the owner should have been more flexible in this situation. Additionally, there was an issue with an overcharged tip that the owner refused to credit.

Despite these concerns, a retired clinical aesthetician has highly recommended the salon, particularly the owner, Asia, who specializes in lash extensions and is a licensed professional.

I have been visiting Asia for my eyelash extensions for just over a year, and each appointment has been a positive experience. I have tried both short and long lengths, and the results have consistently been impressive and durable. My visits with her are the highlight of my week, as I unwind on the table while enjoying our conversations.

The salon adheres to current sanitization protocols, and she employs the correct techniques.

Despite having sensitive eyes, I have never encountered any problems with the adhesives she uses. I am willing to drive 40 miles each way to see her, which speaks to her exceptional skill.

Visited about 3 weeks ago. I was very happy with my lashes. However, I wanted to wait a few weeks before giving my review. 70% of my lashes lasted for 3 weeks!!! That is great comparing to some lash techs. Asia does a wonderful job of following through with your desire look! Asia is professional, quiet, focused and an artist with lashes!! Trust me I just went for a refill yesterday! So I had to give my review of eye desire! Keep up the great work Asia! See you for my refill soon! Love my look today!!
