He really is the best! I have serious drill phobia, and he is so patient with me. I brought my Mom in for her new patient appointment today, and of coarse he was so kind with her, as well. A plus service! The staff is amazing too!
I went to my appointment today at 8am. When I approached the receptionist she informed me I was early and the hygienist was not in and I would have to reschedule. I came from Rio Vista and was not happy about the situation but I respect these things happen. The receptionist was very short with me and very unsympathetic to my needs when I asked to be seen next week.She said we don't have anything for your days next week. I said I will go back to my other hygienist as they couldn't accommodate my needs. I then gave her a report from my doctor in Keiser that Dr Pickett requested. She then said whats the point. I will need to find another dentist as my previous doctor Michael Peterson retired after thirty five years and he referred me to doctor Pickett office.
