I went to my appointment today at 8am. When I approached the receptionist she informed me I was early and the hygienist was not in and I would have to reschedule. I came from Rio Vista and was not happy about the situation but I respect these things happen. The receptionist was very short with me and very unsympathetic to my needs when I asked to be seen next week.She said we don't have anything for your days next week. I said I will go back to my other hygienist as they couldn't accommodate my needs. I then gave her a report from my doctor in Keiser that Dr Pickett requested. She then said whats the point. I always enjoy going to my dentist and the friendliness of their staff. Their office reception room is always spotless and very well decorated. The office is calm and always professional and Dr. Pickett and his hygienists have maintained my teeth very well for many years.
