Whoever owns this hair salon really needs to get rid of @touchedbyrii this so called hair stylist is the most unprofessional person i have never had a chance to met.Fist of all i went through his website to .contact him and it took a week for him to finally respond to my text he has a problem with communication bc he refuses to call you back to answer any questions that should have been a red flag then he wants you to dropped off your installs two days in advance for preping but i had to contact him and he finally left me a text at 10pm At night to apologize I woke ready to honor my appointment sense i sent my deposit as requested 3 weeks in advance and traveled from Berkeley all the way to Vallejo for him not to show up bc i didnt respond okay to him i payed my deposit its your job as the person providing a service to be there his response was i didnt text him back okay so he figured that i wasnt going to show up i have called on a number of occasions and still no response @touchedbyrii is unprofessional and indeed give african american hair owners and sylist a bad name.NEVER NEVER SEND YOUR MONEY AND EXPECT SERVICE FROM THIS MAN NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL LOCATED IN VALLEJO

TERRIBLE ! UNPROFESSIONAL ASF ! I will never be coming to this place AGAIN . I was supposed to be getting my hair did for school SMH. A guy from instagram @TouchedByRii was supposed to do my hair . I gave him my deposit just for HIM to cancel 20mins before my appointment. When I tried to reschedule my appointment @TouchedByRii wouldn't respond to my text messages and wouldn't refund me my deposit even though HE was the one that canceled . I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS MAN .
