I came to Josh (the owner) and Creative Customs for installation of my air suspension on my civic coupe 2019. I’ve met Josh before even knowing I wanted bags and he’s a really cool guy, very professional, and he maintains high standards for his business and every client he works with! I’ve seen so many of his clients with air suspension, Show Car Builds, and trophies or awards from Car Shows so he definitely has the proof to back up everything! I came in with a damaged BMW M4 and had been recommended by my cousin to this shop. The insurance company refused to help pay a sufficient amount to cover all my damages from an accident and only wanted to pay to repair and repaint one side. Josh came to me as a friend, not just as a shop who wanted my money, he fought tooth and nail with me to convince the insurance company to give me the proper help I needed. My wife owns a 2014 Audi A4, and one day she desired to put air suspension on her ride. I was referred to Creative Customs with high recommendations from my friends for guidance. Josh (the shop owner) walked me through the entire process, from what kits were available and all pricing from purchase to installation. I went with Air Lift performance and went with Josh’s shop for installation. Josh communicated with me throughout the entire installation and gave me frequent updates on the install progress.
