I came to Josh (the owner) and Creative Customs for installation of my air suspension on my civic coupe 2019. I’ve met Josh before even knowing I wanted bags and he’s a really cool guy, very professional, and he maintains high standards for his business and every client he works with! I’ve seen so many of his clients with air suspension, Show Car Builds, and trophies or awards from Car Shows so he definitely has the proof to back up everything! Also, normally there’s a standard setup for people who want air suspension, but I had requested that he set me up with bags but to maintain the usability of my trunk. He fulfilled that request and made sure everything was working properly and safely before returning my car back to me! And the trunk setup looks amazing while still meeting my request! As soon as I came to pickup the car, he went over all the basics of understanding how to use the air suspension controller, the soft/hard adjustments for the struts, how to empty any water that the trap catches and other things to remember! Overall, I had an amazing experience working with Josh, and can’t wait to go back for more!
I came in with a damaged BMW M4 and had been recommended by my cousin to this shop. The insurance company refused to help pay a sufficient amount to cover all my damages from an accident and only wanted to pay to repair and repaint one side. Josh came to me as a friend, not just as a shop who wanted my money, he fought tooth and nail with me to convince the insurance company to give me the proper help I needed. I barely knew him and he was willing to go above and beyond for me. He insured that “everyone who comes through this shop comes out not the same but, better” and held true to his words. Through the process he worked close with me and ensured to keep me updated every step of the way of how the repairs were going. Josh is very professional, passionate, and an honest man who will help you with your troubles while understanding the dynamics of what we as customers go through with insurance companies. His paint matching and ability to turn your OEM parts into something more unique is incredible. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone and will be coming back.
This place is great for your customization needs! The people here are kind, knowledgeable, and help you with the vision that you have for your car. I recently got my coilovers and body work/paint done here and it came out amazing! Highly recommend
