Blue Zone Bodywork

I've been coming here for a few months now, and I leave every appointment feeling phenomenal. Today's massage was the perfect amount of pressure and stretching, something my body was overdue for after months of travel. Thankful to have found this gem. Ava and Pam both been perfect in their own ways. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Ava worked on my neck, shoulder's and back and released the tension. Very professional and skilled. I left feeling relaxed, lighter and great. The pressure was perfect. I highly recommend Ava and will absolutely be returning.

I had a bodywork session with instructor masseuse Ava yesterday 1/27/26 for an hour. I’ve been to several being a CMT, myself back in the day. I know the difference between a masseuse and one’s who are mechanical/shady. She’s highly gifted her touch is innate. She did traction which one receives only in a hospital/rehab setting with equipment masseuse Ava used herself. I was completely in the Blue Zone.

I’ve had massages in The City, aka San Francisco, Calistoga, and L.A. We need to appreciate the fact she’s chosen to have her practice in the city of Vallejo. Some believe massages are but a luxury, a treat/gift when in fact, they are a necessity... read full review
