Very satisfied with our heat pump system so far, especially just having used it in the cool mode during recent warm weather. Also very nice, and perhaps health-saving, is running it in fan-only mode with a MERV 13 filter to improve the air quality in the house. (We have a unit that replaced our conventional gas furnace and is directly connected to our existing ducts.) Works very well. The installation and startup went smoothly. The installers neatened up some of our ducts on which the insulation had become bedraggled. I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience.I did my research and met with several contractors, but my experience with A1 was by far the best. The team was punctual and very responsive. I asked a lot of questions and they made sure to cover things that I didn’t anticipate. In fact I had several contractors recommend things that weren’t necessary.We had a new heat pump installation and replaced our gas heating furnace.The installation process went smoothly and we were up and running and cooling our home on day one.We ran into a small hiccup with our inspection, but the team took care of it immediately.
