I have been a patient here for five years and overall everything is very professional. This practice offers a number of therapies and procedures, so if one thing isn’t very helpful for your problem, the doctors and NPs here are genuinely concerned and motivated to figure out what else might be available to help improve your quality of life. In my experience, the physician staff is highly experienced, ethical and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend UPM.

Love the staff they are always welcoming, big smiles and helpful as well as when I've called they are also friendly not rushing and actually listening to what we need. The doctors are also great I love Doc Sadik always has a big smile on his face and very knowledgeable

This place is getting worse through the years. I have two insurances: Medicare and Anthem Blue Cross. And I still get charged only to get my prescriptions over the phone. I don’t know what is going on with insurances these days but they need to cover us at least when we don’t have procedures. I have an appointment today and Cristy and Vanessa called me from Universal Pain Management telling me that my card wasn’t charged last month because it was declined. I have been out of the country and the bank had to put a hold on my visa just in case since I didn’t intend to use it until coming back. So that’s why they didn’t get the payments.
