Love the new ownership. Very easy to deal with. Always on time, and very professional. Jimmy stays on top of your dry cleaning needs, and the woman who takes care of the store in the evening is always super nice.

Ruined three of my sweaters, so the sleeves now hit my forearms. They broke buttons on almost all my work/dress shirts, and refused to even have a conversation about replacing the buttons (not the whole shirt). My new cleaners fixed all buttons (about 20) at no cost.I hate leaving negative comments, but I stand by this one.

WARNING! Similar to what the other gentleman said about their laundering almost all of my shirt instead of dry cleaning as requested, all my black and dark gray and dark blue shirts came back faded and shrunken. They ruined one of my suit sets by fading/burning the pant leg. 10 of the 15 shirts came back with burned press marks in them. DO. NOT. USE!
