I visited Dr Lo for pain management due to stenosis and a herniated disc. He gave me an epidural which unfortunately did not stop the pain. However.. he stayed in contact with me through messaging on my "my charts" app. He referred me to a neurosurgeon URGENT. He re-ordered my prescriptions when I was low. He answered all my emails, and when insurance was dragging their feet for approval his staff went to bat for me. Dr Lo and his staff are the best!!
