After visiting their warehouse and seeing all their huge sample floors, i picked the LVP for their durability. I didn't know LVP came with that many colors and hue options. The flooring specialist was friendly and patient with me. The prices were affordable for the quality that I got. Placed an order on Tuesday and was delivered by Friday. I'm very happy.

We were looking for flooring in SCV for our new house and The Flooring Factory was recommended by a family member. I walked in undecided and was given several samples of the McMillan laminate and SPC to compare. A few days later, we made our decision and purchased the Pendle Oak SPC. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are many choices. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

After months of searching and contemplating floor colors I purchased Serna XL. Martin and Andre were the absolute best in explaining the product, providing me with samples and were patient with all my questions about color. Not only is the product at flooring factory much better than others but their customer service is top notch!
