Once again, Jorge Niebla is a phenomenal exterminator. We have regularly sprays for prevention at our building, and Jorge is always thorough, efficient, and thoughtful about our other needs in and around the building. He is the reason we have continued to work with Terminix, as we have had many issues with other representatives assigned to us in the past. I had these guys out for subterranean termites in shower walls. The did a great job and I tore out ALL THE WOOD and restored the bathroom. Well the little terrorists are back. This time in kitchen half wall where we have the dog water. A combination of silver fish and sub termites. No over sell, offered me what I needed... explained why... not a forced sale, just information offered so we could make an informed decision. I saw the negative reviews.. I did not have that problem last go around 5 years ago, and so far so good... will know more when the tech comes out to drill - treat - and bait. Chris represents his company very well, very professional, and yet personable.
