All I can say is thumbs up for Castleworks to stand behind their services!! Great job to Elston and Josh for taking great care of me and my tankless water heater issues. They handled business in a quick manner and got the job done the right way. Thank you again Elston for looking out for my best interest. If you need or have a water heater issue, don't hesitate to call Castleworks cause I can assure you will be taken care of.
Alex from CastleWorks was excellent in all aspects of our interaction. He helped us fully understand our choices for a new water heater when ours failed. Alex did not try to sell or upsell. Instead he explained and patiently addressed every concern. He was attentive to every detail as he worked and showed an exceptional level of skill. (The water heater is in a closet without much space to maneuver.) In addition, he was very meticulous about respecting the area surrounding the new tankless heater and cleaned up perfectly.
