I rarely leave a review but during this time I felt like the kindness Helen showed me was far beyond what I had expected. Monday morning my laptop froze in preparing for automatic repair all day. Did a search on Yelp and found this company. She came to me to pick it up on Tuesday morning and later that day she returned it. Which was amazing! After problem was diagnosed and fixed it works better. Thank you for that kindness and exceptional customer service.
