My family and I have been going to Carol for 10 years. She's always cared and given the best service and her staff is so friendly and supportive. Definitely recommend seeing her
The office is located in a commercial building, where there's plenty of parking. Pros: staff is polite and provides a welcoming environment to customers. Cleanliness and safety are emphasized. The Dr. wore a mask throughout the examination and when trying on glasses, everything was sanitized afterward. I appreciated the various equipment to measure eyesight. Cons: Prescription won't be released, until you've purchased through them. Seems unfair since the examinations were paid for. My prior provider was transparent with my prescription and I could have a copy, if desired. Frame options were limited to the more stylish and costly version. Lastly, limited... read full review
My 7 year old daughter needed glasses and was very nervous and very against the idea. I am so very glad that we went here. The wonderful doctor and team put her at ease, guided her through the process, made sure to have frames that she liked, and when we went to pick the glasses up made her feel like a rock star :) I can't say enough good things and would give them 10 stars if that was an option. I highly recommend Santa Clarita Family Optometry.
