I rarely ever write reviews but this company has terrible customer service, their unqualified tech performed an easy removal and reinstallation of a firewall and in the process offered to reconnect our printer and mesh system, the tech said it was no big deal and shouldn't take that long at all. After hours of calling his office to try and figure things out he never got the mesh system or the printer working. Then we were sent a bill for almost (3) times the amount quoted. When we called to discuss it they were not accommodating at all and said they will not / can not reduce the cost. So if you do decide to use this company make sure and get everything in writing and do not let them offer to do anything extra.

IT Employee Sam... How the heck are you going to answer a work order request at a remote location without tools to get your job done? Having to use tools from customers establishment is unprofessional. Reclaimed e-waste and left systems rack parts behind for customer to deal with.

I couldn't be happier this bob from PCS Group. This man and company has saved my business so many multiple times already this year. Never have I been able to contact a business with ease and have the problem Taken care of in a matter of minutes. PCS Group deserves 6 stars minimum. Great rates, amazing service , trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to any friends and family
