This is an unreliable tax business . I had an appointment at 11:30. They told me it was gonna be an extra 1 to 3 hour wait because there were overbooked. Talking to clients in the waiting room this is a not uncommon practice for this company. Some clients stated That they were told to come back at 1 o’clock a.m. Obviously they do not value your time makes me wonder if they even value your taxes. Find someone else.

I have been going here for years at first it was tolerable but it's gotten so out of hand with the weight times. Kevin doesn't care about his clients anymore and that's just a bummer because I would drive 2 hours away just to see him wait 5 plus hours he was that good but now I just feel his services have severally diminished and he doesn't care

On average I have waited about 10 hours after my appointment time to actually see my tax person. Really long waits. They also claim to have online virtual tax services however they cannot keep track of the paper work they keep losing things. Good luck also asking your tax man a question they never answer your email or you get one of the girls from the office who can be extremely rude. I do not recommend using Police Tax.
