The service was exceptional - fast, friendly, and professional. It was a bit expensive for five items, but my clothes look great, and the split in my dress was fixed perfectly. I also LOVE the text reminder. This is definitely my go to cleaners to clean my designer pieces and for alterations. I also like the nice clean environment.
I had a suit jacket that had to be altered, and in very short notice. They were SUPER accommodating and got it done EARLY! They are very good at their craft. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Kindness is rarely a thing in the service industry these days..... but not at Flair! All businesses should take note from Flair on how to train staff and create a great working environment!
