Our exterior home and windows were in bad need of paint and repair. I read various reviews and called CertPro, Granada Hills, for an estimate, along with a few others companies. CertaPro wasn't the least expensive, but John seemed like a reputable sort and we appreciated that they were licensed and insured. We gave the green light to CertaPro and the crew arrived promptly on the agreed on date. Edgar listened to our expectations and proceeded without delay on prepping the house and windows for paint. We recently got our exterior painted and pergola repaired by ALEX and his crew, who did an exceptional job with everything. They battled through some challenging weather conditions but were able to get the job done. Alex was always punctual, extremely detail-oriented, kept me consistently informed with the progress, made sure all touch-ups were done even before we did the final walk-through (he even fixed some areas on his own even though I never mentioned anything and was willing to overlook them), protected the property during the work and immaculately cleaned up everything when the job was done. John Villar was very thorough and provided us with a competitive bid. The crew supervised by Alex were hard-working, thorough, communicative, and did a great job. Definitely recommend.
