We bought a house 9 years ago with a pool and in ground spa that was built in the 80's.... the plaster was hammered, tile dated, concrete around it was cracking.... bottom line, it needed a lot of love. Was referred to David and West Coast through a neighborhood AP subsection regarding pool service and repair. After getting 2 other estimates to install a new heater, replaster, re tile, do some extra plumbing, electrical, and concrete work.... We went with West Coast. David was amazing! Why? COMMUNICATION-He is a very busy contractor and service provider, but he never failed to return a call, email or text on any given day. VALUE- His prices are very good and quality is superb! EMPLOYEES- This may sound weird considering the amount of demolition and tile work that had to be done, but there were days we knew they were there, but they hardly made any noise. All of his guys were very friendly and curious. FLEXIBILITY- our heater for the hot tub had died and we needed a new one as we use our spa a LOT. We also wanted the other work done, but didn't want to lose the use of our pool for the summer. David was super helpful in getting us great bids and breaking down the job to fit our schedule and needs. Even when we decided to make some last minute changes his only comment was "No problem, I can make that happen." Bottom line.... There are contractors you deal with who you are content with and never call back, there are bad contractors, and there are great contractors who you are grateful for knowing and will keep using for sure. David and West Coast are definitely contractors we are grateful for and look forward to working with again!
WestCoast Pool refurbished our pool equipment. They gave us repair options, kept us informed, showed up promptly, did good work, showed us how to use the new equipment, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
