I had Steve’s 5 Star Service replace the HVAC unit in my upscale San Dimas CA rental home. I never had a project like this run as smoothly, from start to finish, as this one. My initial contact, at the job site, was with Steven Wood, who meticulously laid out all my options for replacement. He was also able to get the old system back online to run until replaced. Using the information Steven provided I selected a new HVAC system and got it scheduled for installation. That too was a pleasant experience. Quickly diagnosed and got our ac back up and working, thank you so much! Great advice on maintenance. We signed up for the annual maintenance package and even saved about $60 on our repair!
I needed a serious fix on my toilet and Kevin and Will came out and successfully took care of my issue! They were polite, professional, honest, and efficient. They clearly laid out the cost of different service options and did their best to make sure I got quality service for the best price possible. I couldn’t recommend them more!
