I had Steve’s 5 Star Service replace the HVAC unit in my upscale San Dimas CA rental home. I never had a project like this run as smoothly, from start to finish, as this one. My initial contact, at the job site, was with Steven Wood, who meticulously laid out all my options for replacement. He was also able to get the old system back online to run until replaced. Using the information Steven provided I selected a new HVAC system and got it scheduled for installation. That too was a pleasant experience. The crew, led by Andy Martinez, was extremely well organized, and professional in all aspects of the job at hand. Andy’s crew of two other techs were well trained and answered all of my questions with a smile. I can honestly say, as an 82-year-old, retired contractor, I never felt more at ease than I did with this group.
