He did the skin excision efficiently from start to finish, answered all questions, and carefully explained what he was doing. Patients felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The day of my consultation, I was scheduled to have further surgery 24 hours later in the early morning with Dr. Steven Chow. He was very professional and pleasant. He did the skin excision in 45 minutes and answered all my questions and carefully explained what he was doing.
