She gets the job done quickly and does a good job of cleaning up the clippings as well. The establishment is cash only, but at her affordable prices, I'm not complaining. This barber shop is a true hidden gem.
I was looking for a simple haircut for my 7 yo daughter and nothing was available on a Saturday afternoon. We stumbled across Simons Family Hair Salon and was greeted by Mary the owner and widow to Simon. She had such patience and friendly. I'm surprised it wasn't busy. I will be retuning for my 10 yo son who needs a haircuts I have found a place that is reasonable and hair stylist
My husband discovered this barbershop during the pandemic, and this is his new favorite place to get his hair cut. He's very particular about his hair, and Mary has done a great job each time. He seems to enjoy his conversations with Mary too! He says it's the cheapest haircut he's had since the '90's. I think he'll remain a customer long after the pandemic. It's awesome to hear about a small business like this making it through these tough times and keeping customers happy!
