I came in this afternoon and I just wanted to say how amazing the employee was who helped me. I was standing in line to check out and I was enjoying hearing them work with the mom and son and daughter in line ahead of me - they were getting so excited for one of the children to get a cologne he really wanted, and that experience alone was enough to make me smile at how wonderful this employee was being. Then when it was my turn, I was fumbling with my Klarna app, and they came around to my side of the counter to help me with my phone. Not once did they make me feel dumb or old or acted impatient - they were genuinely trying to help and when we finally got it figured out, they were still so kind and positive. I checked my receipt and I can't figure out the employee's name but they had a tattoo of the California bear hugging the California flag on their bicep. I just really really want to say thank you again to that wonderful human and let them know that they are genuinely appreciated and their kindness makes a difference - we need more people like them in this world!
I love this Sephora. It's clean, it's so close to my home. The staff are really friendly and don't give weird vibes like at other locations. I feel they also have a good selection of stock in store compared to other stores. Parking here is plentiful, but when it gets busy in the shopping center expect to park further. I recently came to pick up a small item, so didn't get to browse around too much, but did take my time looking at the perfumes. They had a good selection, at least more than the Kohls Sephora up the street. I love me experience here every time and will continue coming back for all my little beauty needs.
The only person that help me in the store was Cheyenne Morrison, she provided excellent customer service. Sephora, owner, of this location you need to hire more people like Cheyenne who want to work and explain what products work best for you. Instead of employees who just talk and gossip by the entrance. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Cheyenne.
