Still with the effects of the anesthesia but very grateful to ALL the hospital staff, in the office everything was immediate and without long waits, and although my husband, my mother and I were a little anxious because I am allergic to a type of muscle relaxant, but thanks to the nurses and the anesthesiologist I was able to calm down and relax, thank God everything went very well, I would say excellent, everyone was very kind, and also grateful to my gynecologist Kaylene Carr for everything.
Overall, I will endorse this facility. The staff was friendly and informative. My only complaint was that the waiting room temperature was freezing! Well, all must suffer, as they say! :)
I wish I could give 10 stars! The front staff greeted me with a smile and check-in was fast.
Soon after, Erika my nurse, took my back to prep me and get my IV line going. She was kind and sweet and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable while I waited.
Dr Chen, my anesthesiologist came out and chatted with me about the plan for surgery. He was funny and kind.
Dr Vu performed by surgery and before I knew it I was back in recovery. I woke up in quite a bit of pain but my recovery nurse Terri made sure we got the pain under control. Dr Chen came back to check on me and gave some direction on meds to provide to get my pain under control.
