Theresa went above & beyond my expectations. I am a first time customer & I went from years of black hair, to wanting warm blonde highlights. I was hesitant at first because black is a hard color to lift. The outcome was better than expected. Theresa was able to lifted the color & keep my hair healthy at the same time. Worth every penny!
