Recalibrated Performance is a welcoming and supportive gym for people of all fitness levels, including working moms and athletes. The gym offers a strongHER program that builds a strong community among women, with members encouraging and looking out for each other. The knowledgeable coaches, including Calvin and Tim, excel at guiding workouts and recovery exercises, tailoring programs to individual needs and incorporating various aspects of training. The gym provides set times for workout sessions, promoting accountability and regular attendance. It stands out for its kind and down-to-earth atmosphere, making workouts enjoyable and fun for all. Recently, members have praised the community's encouragement, especially during testing their 1 rep max, which creates a lively and motivating environment. The new spacious location in downtown Upland allows for a more comfortable experience. The focus on big powerlifting movements like squat, bench, and deadlift helps members grow stronger regardless of their starting point. Morning and afternoon sessions are available, with trainers like Coach Marco leading the morning classes, providing accommodating and engaging coaching. Unlike commercial gyms, Recalibrated Performance offers a space free of inconsiderate machine hogs or equipment left around, allowing members to train at their own pace but also be pushed beyond their limits. Whether training for a half marathon or building strength, the supportive atmosphere and personalized approach help everyone reach their goals, making it a place where consistency truly leads to progress.
