My Aussie had a ruptured anal sac and her regular vet could not see her for 4 days! My dog was in so much pain so I had to find a vet and not let this go over the weekend. I called Pet Time and they got her in right away and gave her treatment and antibiotics, etc. The vet and service were amazing. Do not hesitate to call them.
We came to find Pet Time Animal Hospital by chance and desperation of needing surgery for our senior dog Chloe. We were welcomed by a wonderful front desk, attended to by compassionate techs, and seen by doctors who had such genuine care for our girl.
My favorite aspect of their care was that they took time to call and talk at length about our dog's condition and whatever other questions I had at that moment. Sadly, her time arrived, but everyone was so kind and sympathetic to her and to us.
