First experience with them was great they were able to do 2 pants ready the same day an did a great job. The Most recent experience wasn't great. I tried calling 3 times an they didn't answer the phone. I drive there an find one guy in the back an another guy playing with his phone sitting in a chair.so makes me think they were to lazy to answer the phone.i get there an ask if they can do same day just starch pants an they said no with no explanation. If they were to busy for same day I don't think they would be sitting down on there phone all day doing nothing. They have a big sticker out front says same day service but do not honor it. This place is the worse ever, do not take your clothes for service. Recently I picked up my clothes and noticed they had made an alteration I never requested, this was all because they damaged my Clothes during the process of dry cleaning.... then the owner has the nerve to tell me they never did that plus they never provide you with a receipt.I asked for a duplicate of my receipt and he could not print one for me, instead his argument was just take me to court. This place is a Waste of time and terrible service but I know one day they will pay back in life for what they do to customers!
