I've utilized their services twice, both for cats. They've been very friendly and understanding and after calling around to a few places, definitely on the more affordable side as far as emergency services go. Easy to get to and open 24/7, highly recommend this place. FYI both kitties made it!
In December my cat broke her leg and I took her here for emergency services. For the past 10-weeks I have come her once a week to have her x-rays, casts, and checked for her progress. This is the best animal care service I have ever had. The front desk staff, the animal support technicians and Vet doctors are all so kind, careful and caring of the pets brought in. My cat was naturally nervous and in pain but she was always treated so gently and with professional care. She got adorable cat casts every week after her leg was checked. They treated our cat really well and even made sure that they did things that wouldn't scare him. They offered water and even let us bring our cat water. It was a very good experience and if we need to come back to any vet, it will definitely be this one.
