Always polite service. Greeted as soon a I walk in the door. Wait time is very minimal. The check in on line is perfect if your pressed for time. Amber is amazing, great conversations and always does a awesome job on making me feel fresh and good about myself. Prices are great and well worth it. I highly recommend Great Clips in Upland!!!10 out of 10?

Great check in process. Clean, friendly and they have always done a good job on my boys hair. Been going for a couple years now. Wish the price was a little lower for a haircut $24, but most barber shops are about the same. I WOULD recommend this place, and I will be back again.

I've still been coming here for years. They have a customer loyalty punch card plan. The hair stylists are very good, and I've never had a bad cut here.Edit: I don't like to hold a business accountable for 1 employee, but today, 12-31-23, I was number one on the wait list, sat down, checked in, and they pulled number 2 customer in front of me. It bothered me. What's the point of the app checkin , if it's not used appropriately?
