I wish there was a way to give no stars. I booked with Lauren at Glam Studios via their online booking system and got confirmation twice via text about my appointment. It was my daughter's prom and she needed an updo. Unfortunately Lauren sends me the attached text message a few hours before our appointment and says she cannot see us as "her booking system never updated and she was unavailable". I couldn't believe she contacted me hours prior to cancel our appointment! Ridiculous to see she also charges 40% of the fee if you were to cancel prior. So beware booking with her as she may not be available the day of.

Glam Studio is located in studio #6 in the Sola Salon. There is no signage on the door, so I had a hard time finding it, until I researched online again to try and identify which unit # it was in. My appointment was at 7 pm, but when I opened the door to the studio, the stylist, Lauren, asked me to wait outside on a bench around the corner since she was with another client. I wasn't called in until about 7:30. Lauren was friendly and talkative, and asked me some questions about how I normally style my hair and what I wanted to do with it. Loving my “new” hair, thanks to Lauren! She’s very talented and skilled. The final result (i.e. the haircut) is proof of how good she really is! She’s very easy to communicate with and professional. She also answered a few questions that I had about hit products and gave suggestions on what I should try...Will definitely go back!
