I just recently bought a VITA SPA from Custom Spas Direct and definitely recommend buying one from them if you’re gonna get one. The owner, Jim Galpin, helped me every step of the way. It was nice to work directly with the owner rather than a sales person. This was my first SPA and I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted, let alone what I needed. Jim helped me with measurements, electrical output needs at my home, all the chemicals I needed for 6 months and even a crane if I needed one LOL. He definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend! Spa is great and we use it all the time. Also, It was a hard delivery up many stairs but Jim made it happen.? Custom spas took care of everything and are great communicators, high touch customer service.
