They saved my day. They have a friendly and patient service attitude and will teach you some practical computer repair techniques to avoid similar situations from happening again. If they charge you a price, it will also be a proper price.
These folks are awesome and I will be back if I ever need their service again. My 8 year old Dell (orig paid about $1200) was on life support, and I was not going to give up. So I went to go see them and they were very honest about whether I should repair it or buy a new one. They told me what it would cost to repair and I sure couldn't afford to replace it. So I had them repair it and I am in love with my computer once again, it is working like a brand new computer! Thank you CS2K team. They are reasonable and honest.
The service member was very professional and nice. They understood what I wanted out of my request and said they would do a free inspection of my computer and let me know how to proceed.
