Based on patient reviews, Dr. Chan and his team are truly outstanding. Dr. Chan possesses a remarkable bedside manner—he is patient, attentive, and always makes patients feel heard. He genuinely cares about needs, addresses them, and points patients in the right direction. Unlike other doctors who just want to mask problems, Dr. Chan wants to fix them. His kind and warm demeanor make every visit a comfortable and positive experience. The staff keeps patients accountable but in a positive, reassuring, easily digestive way. One reviewer has been a patient since 2006 and calls it the best decision of their life. Another patient, who has fired six other doctors, finds Dr. Chan a challenge yet fulfilling, and notes that Ms. Jazmin is a great mediator and personal guide. I really don’t understand why the rating is not higher… For years, I was passed around from specialist to specialist and got absolutely nowhere. the moment i stepped foot into their office, they sat me down and had a one on one going over everything with me genuinely caring about my needs, addressed them and pointed me to the right direction and had those problems dealt with. I don’t say it lightly when I say that one my biggest fears is losing them as my primary because I will never again find another physician like Dr. Chan. All the ones prior would walk in and walk right back out prescribing me a medication never taking the time to see what was really wrong....read full review
I handle a dear friends personal affairs and Dr. B. Chan has been a challenge yet, fulfilling! And that's coming from a person who has fired 6 doctors since my health told me that I needed a doctor. And I don't know about the other front desk staff, but Ms. Jazmin has been a mediator, personal guide for specialists, and as cool as the center seed of a cucumber!
