they set me to quest for lab work and ekg i got both but no paperwork to prove I got it I am having surgery this month had to get another EKG and am trying to get paperwork for the lab results .

Caremore Carelon doesn’t matter if you change your name. You are still liars, pretending to be doctors prescribing the wrong medicines!! Are you trying to kill someone?? Fourth time my elderly parent’s doctors are gone in 3 years. And my mom ends with a doctor in Applevalley??? They want you to come to the Caremore now Carelong Center to see a nurse who doesn’t REFILL your prescription but does give you a new prescription because your blood pressure is HIGH! But your refill is in the mail! And we’ll schedule you for a blood work and all sorts of tests!! All we need is a refill because we’re moving a to see a real Dr not nurses who are practicing.
