Great customer service and communication. Spoke with Janice. She was unable to set up service the same day. My water heater got fixed the following day. Water heater got replaced with new parts. Thank God they had the parts needed. I highly recommend Cal-State Plumbing.

I had a total plumbing nightmare with my water heater. I didn't know where to begin looking for a repairman. By chance I came across Cal State so I gave them a call. Janis, the woman who took my call, was so helpful and got me set up with a service time immediately. At the appt time the repairman came and was very knowledgeable about the situation. Long story short , everything is back to working normally and I am more than happy with the service I received. If I could give ten stars I defiantly would.
