I've only been here once but the lady was friendly directed me to what I was looking for she was friendly smiled and thanked me when I left. I'm big on customer service so, if I feel like a person is being rude or watching me like I'm a thief I will be never go back again but I r didn't sense any of it so I plan to go back because the prices for what I needed wasn't bad at all and rha customer service was on point..

I Love this place!! I would get hair here when I lived in Upland and I still go here living in San Diego! When I visit my family I stop here and get what I need! It's been over 5 years coming here to get hair for myself and my clients!! The lady is so nice!!

I love shopping here. She never fail to find the item I'm looking for. She also carry professional products. I rather go to Bella Beauty then Sally's. They are always friendly. This is one of the wigs she pick out for me, I just walked in and ask about gray wigs and she took me around the shop until she found one I like and when I tried it on I loved it.
