Shell Carwash offers a mix of experiences. While some customers find the car cleaning and vacuuming satisfactory, with particular praise for the workers, others have noted inconsistencies like streaked windows and leftover bugs. Customers must pay at the cashier, and there are concerns about unclear hours, as one visitor arrived shortly before closing time. Despite some drawbacks, many customers are willing to return for the service.
For $21.99, you get a drive-through outside wash as well as inside vacuum & wipe down. The quality of the outside wash isn’t the best, hence the 4 stars. My guys Pablo and Orlando did a great job with the inside vacuum/clean. For the price you’re paying, I think you’re getting a good deal (this isn’t a car detailing situation)!
Guermo is awesome at the carwash. And you get a clean car, but of the others working here are just going through the motions. I have had great vacuuming and interior wipedown and other times streaking on windows and bugs still evident.
My visit to Shell car wash, it was a good experience. My car went through car wash. The workers there vacuumed my car, cleaned my tires & cleaned my windows. I was very satisfied with the workers. This was my 2nd time there & continue to go there in the future.
