Very accommodating, good service, and great value of eye glasses. Myra was so nice the whole time and assists me to have my prescription eye glasses the fastest that she can.

Had really good customer service years ago. Called for a simple question and unfortunately was met with rude response. Hope their customer service gets better like it was before.

Nice selection of frames at an excellent price. I've ordered glasses from Costco, Walmart and Zinni over the years. While Zinni probably has the best prices, I still missed being able to try on glasses and have someone else help me select frames. I found the best of both worlds at this store. No long lines like at Costco, better frame selection than Walmart, and better pricing than either of those so-called discount outlets. I received personal attention and fittings, selected a nice pair of frames, and received my glasses within a week! I was also thanked for supporting a local business which made me feel good. Spread the word!
