    I started their loose Weight program January 18, 2023. Now June 14, 2023 i feel happy that I got to the weight that I want it , eating healthy , and exercising.Thanks to the personnel. I highly recommend this program . Still taking my b-12 shot . Really happy that I could buy new clothes , small size thanks ???

    Had my first chiropractor visit with Dr. Butchart. Staff was VERY friendly. The check in process was not organized at all. I waited 40 mins in line just to check in all while standing which wrecked havoc on my back. When the doctor adjusted me - HOLY SMOKES instant relief. Wow I'm in awe of how incredible I feel now. I cannot wait to go back.

    I would like to start off and make it clear that this review is not for dr dennis butchart he is great and really did a great job on treating my back and shoulder and neck pain ive been coming to his office for quite some time i was reffered to him by my older brother actually alot of my friends and family see Dennis i even got my husband seeing him for adjustments because dennis is that good we were all always very pleased with his work,but unfornately ive decided to stop and canceled my future appointments. The reason being having a really bad experience my last visit with his office staff member i believe her name was lena the older women who usually calls out patients names for there appointments she sits at the desk near the door this was about two weeks ago it was a busy day for the office and they were running behind which is totally understandable it happens but what is wrong is for office staff member to be rude to a patient. my appointment was at 12 pm September 28th i originally had a appointment for oct 9th 2 pm but i rescheduled to a sooner date due to my shoulder hurting and I took dennis advice to come in earlier so i cancelled the oct 9th appointment and came in it was i believe the 28th a monday i was told 12 pm. When I got there I waited and it turned 12:35ish so i naturally went in and asked "lena" how much more longer i have 12 pm appointment and she rudely asked me what my name was she looked me up and said your appointment is at 12:20 you have five patients ahead of you, I told her I was advised my appointment is at 12 PM And she tells me do you have your appointment card to prove it I said no because it was rescheduled over the phone and she told me no your appointments is at 12:20 PM the system the computer never lies so you're just going to have to wait she sounded irritated and was rude I didn't wanna argue with her I had somewhere else I needed to be so I simply told her OK can I reschedule she says you have an appointment on October 9th 2 PM already are you aware of that?? in a rude tone trying to make me look d*** I told her yes that appointment has actually been canceled and I rescheduled it for today the 28th at 12 PM that's why I'm here today and she said nope your appointment is not canceled for oct 9th. Which my husband called and indeed canceled from oct 9th to the 28th 12 pm, and before I could say anything else to her she cuts me off after that and says why don't you while she was using hand gestures move over there because you're holding up the line and go talk to them referring to the receptionist girls. I said OK sure no problem so I went up to the receptionist girl told her to just cancel my appointment for today and cancel my appointment for October 9th I just don't want to come here anymore the receptionist girl I was speaking to was really kind and understanding Apologetic she even asked me if I would like to go see Dennis right now I said no I just want to cancel my appointment and it's not fair to the other customers I just don't want to come here anymore so she went ahead and canceled my appointment for that day and for the appointment of October 9 which should've been canceled already my husband also has an appointment on the October 9th and I told him he can go ahead and go I just choose not to because whenever and where ever I get a negative vibe or a bad experience somewhere I just don't like going there anymore and that day Lena I understand was having a really tough day but she needs better customer service and no need to be rude to someone Who was simply just asking how much more longer I only went in one time and asked one simple question. Even the fact that if my appointment really was at 12:20 and it was a miscommunication over the phone and we were told 12 PM there was no need for her to be rude and say that computer the system never lies and telling me I'm lying and for her to excuse me while I'm still talking to get out of her way and go talk to the receptionist.
