Holy Moley. I have nothing but good things to say about body fix. I was injured in a suspected repetitive work injury similar to something like a tennis elbow. My entire left arm felt like the funny bone fuzz. Initially I went to my family doctor and they prescribed lidocaine into my shoulder and painkillers and muscle relaxers to help me get through. X-rays reported that nothing was out of the ordinary and physical therapy was ordered for me. Due to covid and availability I was not able to get an appointment for weeks. I really couldn’t move and even sit in a car without significant pain. Out of desperation I reached out to Grace’s team and she started seeing me right away. Every time I went I got a little better and I’m now a firm believer. While physical therapy helps with identifying what’s “wrong”. Grace and her team really identified the issue and helped me become more mobile.
