I live in the North Bay and been coming down to Union City to see Ruby for haircuts for 4 years. Without fail she gives extraordinary attention to detail, and leaves me with a flawless beautiful and flatteringly face framing bob. Ruby's prices are far below what they are worth, and a sweet delight.
She also cuts and colors my daughters hair, we both couldn't be more happy with the results.

Her expertise is cutting hair, but she can do other services like perm cut, hair cuts, fix other people's mistakes when cutting hair, highlight, color dye your hair, waxing on every part of the body to remove any hair like eyebrows, under arm, legs. Shampoo. Her services are pretty reasonable like $25 and up compared to other high end hair salons. Ruby is very friendly, polite and tries to understand the customers' request. She also knows the causes and what customers should not do. Before getting a hair cut - shampoo your hair but no conditioner.
